1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clean Plate AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Clean Plate AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze restaurant menus from photographs. The App provides health scores, nutritional information, and personalized recommendations based on your dietary preferences and health goals.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Clean Plate AI offers a premium subscription ("Clean Plate Premium") with the following terms:

• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• Subscription Plans: Monthly ($9.99/month) and Annual ($69.99/year) plans are available. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial period).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

6. Health Information Disclaimer

The App is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. Health scores, nutritional information, and recommendations provided by the App are generated using AI and publicly available databases. They may not be 100% accurate for every dish or restaurant preparation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary decisions based on the App's analysis, especially if you have food allergies, medical conditions, or specific nutritional requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Pnt Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pnt Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, health issues, or dietary decisions made based on information provided by the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and all associated data will be deleted.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
